Account Deletion

Need your account deleted?

You can delete your account inside the FamilyKeeps app. If you do not want to use the app to do that, you can request deletion by email and our team will help. Please tell us whether you want your full account and shared content deleted, or whether you only want your login credentials removed while leaving shared content in place for your family.

How to request deletion by email

  1. 1Send an email to info@familykeeps.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
  2. 2Include your full name.
  3. 3Include the email address used on your FamilyKeeps account.
  4. 4Tell us whether you want all shared content deleted, or whether you only want your user credentials deleted while leaving your shared content available for your family.
  5. 5If helpful, include any extra details that will help us identify your account faster.
